No call and/or no shows will result in a fee of 100% of scheduled appointment cost. Arriving 15 minutes late may result in a cancellation of appointment and a fee of 100% of scheduled appointment.
Stylist and/or salon have the right to enforce above policies.
-
Should my hair be clean for my appointment?
Short answer, yes. Having clean, dry hair is very much appreciated for appointments, unless otherwise specified by your stylist.
-
Can I bring my child to my appointment?
While we understand sometimes it may seem unavoidable we do ask not to bring your child/ren to your appointment. Salons are full of hazards; such as but not limited to, hot tools, sharp scissors, electric outlets, glass, mirrors and chairs children love but easily break, and it’s nearly impossible for our stylist or you to keep an eye on them at all times.
If your child has an appoinment and is under 13 we recommend you stay for the entirety of their appointment.
