Salon Policies
LATE TO APPOINTMENT: showing up 15+ minutes late to an appointment will result in a cancellation of service. We book our appointments according to time and one late client may result in our stylist running late for the remainder of the day.
CANCELLATIONS: Token Beauty requires a 24 hour notice for all cancellations. Failure to notify the salon and/or stylist 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a fee of 50% of scheduled appointment cost. No call and/or no shows will result in a fee of 100% of scheduled appointment cost.
Stylist and/or salon have the right to enforce above policies.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY: unopened products may be returned within 30 days from purchase date (with receipt) for full refund. Opened products may be exchanged up to 30 days from purchase date (with receipt) for in salon exchange of products having equal or greater value, products must be ¾ full to exchange.
AGE REQUIREMENTS: children are welcome for the duration of their appointment. If your child has sensory issues and/or feels more comfortable in a controlled environment please call salon + we will accommodate you the best we can.
PET POLICY: we love pets at Token Beauty. We do ask that all pets visiting Token Beauty are trained, well behaved, potty trained, + non-aggressive towards people, children, + other animals.
